She herself was introduced to yoga as a child and returned to the practise later in life after being diagnosed with a medical condition. She is a fully qualified BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) tutor and teacher trainer, with additional training in Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga for Mental Health.
Furthermore, she continues to deepen her knowledge and is currently completing all level 2 modules in Kundalini Yoga.
