Our 24-station fitness suite is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, providing a comfortable and modern environment for your workouts. Whether you prefer cardio exercises, weightlifting, or strength training, our fitness suite has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.
For those who enjoy team sports, our games hall is perfect for basketball, netball, and badminton. We also have a flood-lit training area and football pitch available for hire, ensuring that you can enjoy your favourite sports all year round.
In addition to our fitness and sports facilities, we have a studio available for classes and hire. Our studio hosts a variety of classes, including Functional Fit, Circuits, Body Combat, Spin, and more. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, our classes cater to all fitness levels and provide a fun and engaging way to stay active.
Families with young children can enjoy our soft play sessions, which offer a safe and enjoyable environment for kids to play and socialise. We also offer birthday party hire, making it easy for you to celebrate special occasions with your little ones.
At Newington Leisure Centre, we prioritise accessibility. Our facility is fully accessible for individuals with disabilities, ensuring that everyone can participate in our activities and enjoy all that we have to offer.
Our gym opening times are Monday to Friday, from 7am to 9pm, with extended hours until 8pm on Thursdays. On Saturdays, we open from 9. 15am to 2. 15pm.
