2. Listening skills: We focus on improving listening skills through fun activities and games. Children learn to follow instructions and respond to cues, which are essential skills for success both in and out of the classroom.

3. Concentration: The class incorporates exercises that promote focus and concentration. We teach children to block out distractions and stay present in the moment, enhancing their ability to concentrate on tasks.

4. Physical health: The class provides a fun and engaging way for children to stay active and improve their physical health. Through running, blocking, kicking, and punching exercises, they develop coordination, strength, and overall fitness.

5. Social skills: Our class promotes social interaction and teaches children how to interact with their peers. They learn important skills such as taking turns, queuing, and being aware of others in the class, which are fundamental for building positive relationships.

The Tiny Tygers class is a 30-minute session that aims to give children a head start in their development before they start school. It is filled with various activities and exercises that keep them engaged and moving. Please note that during the class, children are expected to remain quiet unless we are playing loud games.

Our training hall in Sittingbourne is well-equipped and fully matted, providing a safe environment for our members. With 18 years of experience, we have become the largest club in the area with a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Whether you want to get fit, learn self-defence, or simply gain confidence, our Taekwondo classes offer a fantastic opportunity to achieve these goals. We welcome both children and adults, and we offer age-specific classes as well as the option to train with your family. Progression to black belt and participation in competitions are also available for those interested.
