Unlike other schools that may hire unqualified teachers or enthusiastic amateurs, we ensure that our students receive high-quality instruction from experts in the field.
At New Thing Academy, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our students. Our premises provide a secure and safe environment, with comfortable waiting areas for parents and guardians. Our teachers are all Local Authority Chaperone Licenced for children and are First Aid certified, giving you peace of mind knowing that your children are in capable hands.
Convenience is also a key feature of our dance school. We have an off-street car park, directly linked to our main entrance, making drop-off and pickup hassle-free. Unlike schools situated on busy roads, we provide ample room for parking and easy access to our facilities.
New Thing Academy is partnered with The Pelham Community Centre, a major project with excellent funding. Our dance studio is fully compliant with all public-use safety and building laws. It features a full-size studio with custom-fitted dance flooring and a comprehensive modern music system. Additionally, we have modern kitchen facilities, storage areas, separate male/female/disabled toilets, and a lift.
Furthermore, there is a comfortable caf on the ground floor that is open often throughout the week for our students and parents to enjoy.
Our commitment to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment extends to our pricing structure. We offer competitive class prices, with rates varying based on the duration of the class. Additionally, we have a yearly membership fee, which is added to the September invoice. However, if you join New Thing Academy partway through the academic year, the yearly membership fee will not be charged in the last two terms before the usual September renewal date.
