In addition to personal training, we also offer group fitness classes for individuals of all abilities. Our classes include Circuit Training, Power Hour, and Fitpump, providing a variety of workout options to suit different fitness levels and preferences. For those who prefer a more intimate setting, we offer elite small group training classes with a maximum of 5 participants. This option is perfect for those who may not feel comfortable joining larger groups and prefer a more personalised approach. Our aim is to provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where everyone feels motivated to push themselves to their limits.
If time constraints or distance are an issue, we also offer online training sessions. This is a convenient alternative for individuals who are unable to attend our classes in person but still want to have regular training sessions. With our online training, you can receive customised workout plans and guidance from our experienced trainer, Jane.
In addition to fitness services, we also provide massage services, including sports massage, which is ideal for stimulating circulation and aiding recovery after physical activity.
