At Nexus Combined Martial Arts, we offer classes for all skill levels, ranging from beginner to advanced. We believe that martial arts is for everyone, so we have age-specific programmes starting from 3 years old all the way to our adult classes.
Our Little Dragons programme caters to children aged 3–5 years old, offering classes throughout the week and on Saturday mornings. For children aged 6-8, we have the Panthers programme, which provides age-appropriate training and is held on weekdays and Saturdays. The Cobras programme is designed for children aged 9-12 and offers classes during weekdays and Saturdays. Our Junior Adults programme, for ages 13-16, is held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Finally, our adults programme caters to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
Our training facility is state-of-the-art, and we have qualified, experienced instructors who are dedicated to helping you reach your martial arts goals. We believe in providing innovative teaching methodologies and have access to modern and elite training equipment.
