Nicola Peros Ballet Academy, founded by Nicola herself—an RAD Registered Teacher—offers top-notch classical ballet training for both children and adults in Barry and Cardiff. The academy follows the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus, catering to levels from Pre-Primary up to Intermediate and Advanced.

The academy boasts a solid record of helping students secure spots in top-tier ballet programmes and vocational schools. Many have joined Associates Programmes with renowned institutions like Ballet Cymru, Ballet Boost, Kings International, Cecchetti, The Royal Ballet School, and English National Ballet School. While it has had connections with National Dance Company Wales in the past, the school is currently nominating students for their Associate programme.

Fees are charged monthly and vary by class level, with discounts available for siblings and students taking multiple classes per week. These discounts can range from 20% to 80%, depending on the number of classes attended.
