The name nimo originates from the Latin word, meaning 'to animate', 'to revive', and 'to fill with breath'. This concept lies at the core of what we aim to achieve at our studio to help our clients rejuvenate their bodies, minds, and souls. We have lovingly created a little oasis of tranquilly down the Roman Road, where you can escape the pressures of daily life and find solace through movement, meditation, and breath.
