Our classes are limited to small groups to ensure that our instructors can give each individual the attention they deserve. If it's your first time attending class, our instructors will provide a full safety run-down to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident. We prioritise your safety and practise minimal harmful contact in all of our classes.

Our instructors are all masters of their respective arts. They have achieved the highest levels of control in their disciplines and have spent years perfecting their techniques. Many of them have competed in fights across the globe and have gone through the mastery system of their crafts. You can be confident that you are learning from the best of the best.
