NL Shotokan Karate (Budokai NL) teaches traditional Shotokan karate in Mount Pearl at the Summit Centre, with classes led by a certified instructor. It suits beginners and kids through to adults and advanced practitioners, with instruction built around karate basics, kata, kumite, and self defence.
