Months to 3 years of age, our Parent & Tot program is the perfect way to introduce your little one to the water in a safe and supportive environment. The Pre-NL Mentor Program provides swimmers aged 6 years and above with the skills and knowledge needed to progress to the Swim Patrol program. With a focus on stroke development, water safety, and rescue techniques, this program sets the foundation for success in our more advanced classes.
Our Swimmer Program is designed for children aged 7 to 15 years who are ready to take their swimming skills to the next level. From stroke refinement to endurance training, our dedicated instructors will help students to improve their technique, build strength, and gain confidence in the water.
For our youngest swimmers aged 3 to 5 years, our Preschool program focuses on water awareness, basic swimming skills, and safety. Through structured activities and games, children will develop a love for swimming and lay the groundwork for future success in the water.
