Competitive swimmer is carefully guided and supported by our dedicated coaches. Our members range from young beginners in our learn-to-swim programmes to elite athletes competing at national and international levels. North Shore Swimming Club has a rich history in New Zealand swimming. It was established in the early 1920s when Cheltenham Swimming and Devonport Swimming Club merged. Since 1995, North Shore has consistently been the top swimming club in New Zealand based on points. Over the years, the club has produced over 30 swimmers who have represented New Zealand at the Olympic Games, World Championships, and Commonwealth Games.

Our training facilities are top-notch, with our squads training at various locations including the Takapuna Aquatic Centre, Milford Primary School, National Aquatic Centre, and the AUT Millennium. The AUT Millennium, a world-class sports and wellness facility, provides our swimmers with the best environment for achieving their goals. With state-of-the-art facilities and support systems, our swimmers have every opportunity to excel in their swimming journeys.
