This class is for students who have a solid foundation in the basics of Iyengar Yoga and are ready to deepen their practice. Students will work on refining their alignment, building strength and flexibility, and exploring more advanced asanas. The teacher will guide students through challenging poses with the use of props to support and enhance the practice. This class is suitable for those who have been practising yoga regularly and are ready for the next level.
The last week of the month is dedicated to restorative and pranayama practices. Restorative poses allow the body to relax deeply, while pranayama practices focus on breath control and regulation. These practices help to quiet the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote a sense of peace and well-being. Students of all levels are welcome to attend this class.
