The skate plaza offers a variety of angled ramps, grinding edges, and bars, making it suitable for skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and other wheeled recreation. Additionally, the park also caters to those interested in parkour. Visitors can enjoy the thick-beam patio, which provides shade and tree cover, along with a water bubbler for hydration.

North Sydney Skate Plaza is conveniently located near Cammeray Park, where visitors can engage in other recreational activities such as using the synthetic turf sporting field or the tennis courts and croquet lawns at Cammeray Golf Course. With its central location, the skate park is easily accessible by public transport, with buses stopping at the nearby Big Bear shopping centre on Military Road.

Parking at North Sydney Skate Plaza is limited, with Ernest Street offering the closest parking option right in front of the park. Visitors are encouraged to explore alternative transportation methods to minimise traffic congestion.

Please note that there are no lights at the skate park, so it is only open during daylight hours. The park provides a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, attracting both locals and visitors alike, who engage in various adrenaline-pumping activities.
