Christina's journey began with a qualification in Personal Training, which led her to a passion for strength training. She pursued further education and now holds several key certifications including a Barbell Logic Professional Barbell Coach (PBC) full certificate, BLOC staff Coach, Personal Trainer Level 3, CrossFit Level 1 Certification, and Pre and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist Certification. Christina firmly believes in the power of strength training to enhance both physical and mental health. She is devoted to helping clients achieve their fitness goals and empowering them to lead healthier, stronger lives.
