About
The Novice State Carnival is an exciting new event hosted by the Lawn Bowls club in Mildura Rural City that aims to welcome novice bowlers from across the nation. The event will take place from May 10th to May 13th, 2024, with Mulgrave Country Club serving as the 'Hub Venue' for all the finals. Supporting host clubs such as Glen Waverley, Burden Park, and Dandenong Club will also be part of the action.
Entry to the 2024 Novice State Carnival is open to bowlers who have joined a bowling club after May 1st, 2021, allowing more players to participate and making the event highly popular among bowlers. Both Men's and Women's Singles and Pairs formats will be featured, providing a variety of competitions for participants. The finals will be live-streamed on Monday, May 13th, 2024, giving everyone the opportunity to witness some top-notch bowling.
Stay tuned for the opening of entries in early 2024, as well as the release of the Conditions of Play. A new Facebook group hub will be launched to help novices connect with potential Pairs partners if needed, ensuring everyone has the chance to get involved in this exciting event.
