To ensure a smooth and organised visit, it is highly recommended to book in advance. All swimmers must present their booking confirmation email to reception staff as proof of purchase. This confirmation is necessary for health and safety reasons, as it allows us to verify child ages and adult supervising ratios, ensuring the safety of all younger swimmers.

During the peak summer holiday season, the outdoor pool is exclusively reserved for residents, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for guests staying at the premises. For safety reasons, the flumes, and rapids are restricted to competent swimmers over 1. 2 metres tall. Additionally, children under 4 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the water at a ratio of 1 adult per child. For children between 4 and 8 years old, the ratio is 1 adult per 2 children, and for children between 9 and 13 years old, the ratio is 1 adult per 5 children.

While the pools are open to non-residents, pre-booking in advance via our online system is essential, especially on weekends. Please refer to our bookings page for more details. Non-resident bookings can be made online, with session times lasting 1 hour and 20 minutes. Bookings for the indoor pool can be made up to 2 days in advance, and once confirmed, they are non-refundable and cannot be changed or amended.
