Our centrally-located studio is infused with natural light, creating a serene and peaceful ambiance that allows for deep relaxation and connexion with oneself. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practise, we have a range of classes suited to all levels and interests.
At Ocean Tree Yoga Studio, we offer six different yoga styles to help you slow down, bring harmony to your mind, body, and spirit, and live a conscious and connected life. From Hatha Yoga and Slow Gentle Yoga for relaxation and stress reduction, to Vinyasa Yoga and Chi Gung Yoga for strength and flexibility, there is a class to suit every need.
In addition to our regular yoga classes, we also offer specialised programmes such as Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda. These holistic approaches to healing and well-being address individual health challenges, using the principles and practises of yoga to promote physical and mental wellness.
For those looking to introduce their children to the benefits of yoga, we offer Kids Yoga classes and retreats during school holidays. These classes are designed to nurture calmness, connexion, and self-confidence in children, providing them with valuable tools for coping with the challenges of everyday life.
Couples Yoga is another unique offering at our studio, allowing you and your partner to embark on a holistic wellness journey together. With the transformative power of yoga, you can strengthen your bond, deepen your connexion, and support each other's growth.
If you have a special event or team-building activity in mind, our Private Group Yoga sessions can be tailored to suit the dynamics and needs of your corporate team. Enhance your team's cohesion and well-being through the shared experience of yoga.
For those who prefer the comfort and convenience of their own homes, we also offer Virtual Yoga classes. Join us online for four weekly classes and experience the benefits of yoga from wherever you are.

We offer a range of weekly classes, including kids yoga, and you can also arrange personalised sessions or join virtual classes from the comfort of your home. Our studio is walk-in friendly for in-person classes, and for virtual classes, we ask that you purchase a Virtual Yoga ticket.
If you don't have your own yoga mat, don't worry! We have a range of mats available for use, and all mats are spotless after each session. Additionally, we have a bathroom located downstairs at the back of the building for your convenience.
Parking is available on Freshwater Street, which is the street behind the Esplanade. Limited parking spaces are also available on the Esplanade itself.
Our payment options include EFTPOS both in the studio and online. For studio classes, we have a 'pay as you go' structure with no lock-in contracts. Discounts are available for those who opt for our memberships.
