Our lead coach, Mike Martin, along with our dedicated staff and HR company, is committed to providing unparalleled support to improve the physical and mental wellness of individuals and workforces.

At Odyssey Health & Wellness, we follow a comprehensive five-step process to achieve wellness goals. First, we assess the individual or workforce situation and identify areas of risk and needs through a thorough diagnostic process. Next, we create a tailored roadmap with recommended services to achieve improvement.

The implementation of change comes in the third step, where we deliver recommended programmes and measures. Throughout the process, we offer continuous support and monitoring of progress, working closely with company HR and management. After implementing the necessary measures, we review the progress made and adapt where necessary for constant improvement.

Our main focus is to provide a range of high-impact services to support staff with their mental and physical wellness. We offer online support, wellbeing sessions and workshops, 1:1 check-ins and coaching, team synergy sessions, nutrition e-books, sports therapy, therapy sessions, meditation, yoga, reiki, beauty and massage services, as well as in-person and online exercise classes.

For those looking for personal training or group training, we offer 1:1 and small group PT sessions. Our coaches tailor these sessions to the specific needs and goals of each client, prioritising not only physical health but also mental well-being. We focus on habit change, healthy relationships with food, lifestyle choices, hydration, rest, and recovery.

In addition, our outdoor 6-week challenge group sessions are a perfect blend of fitness and strength training, with a focus on mobility and core work. Set in the beautiful grounds at Preston Park, individuals from all walks of life, ages, and abilities enjoy the community feel and friendship as they train together. These sessions include fit tests, measurements, and weight tracking (if desired), and mini challenges along the way to keep it engaging, fun, and challenging.
