Off The Ropes Studio is a renowned wrestling school located in Kitchener, offering a safe and inclusive environment for aspiring male and female talent. With over 30 years of combined experience, the dedicated team at Off The Ropes Studio provides all the necessary tools for students to reach their full potential both in and out of the ring. The main focus of the school is to see their students succeed and provide them with opportunities to do so.

One unique aspect of Off The Ropes Studio is Squared Circle Sirens, the womens community within the school. It is the first facility in Canada to offer classes specifically for women, taught by women. From beginner to advanced female students, everyone is encouraged to join Squared Circle Sirens and learn from experienced female mentors.

Vanessa Douglas, also known as "The Queen of Horror" Sabrina Kyle, is a 16-year veteran of the Squared Circle and one of the mentors at Off The Ropes Studio. Jeff Black, known as Roughhouse Black or Hardcore Hick, is another mentor with years of experience in professional wrestling. Together, they provide expert training with an emphasis on respect for the sport and their future opponents.

Off The Ropes Studio offers a variety of classes throughout the week, including co-ed classes, kids' classes, and women's only classes. The schedule may change, so interested individuals are encouraged to call before dropping in to ensure they are attending the appropriate class.
