Old Orchard Farm, located in Moffat, is a vibrant and family-oriented hunter-jumper & equitation barn dedicated to the development of competent horsemen and women in both the saddle and the stable. The farm prides itself on helping each student achieve their equestrian dreams and aspirations while emphasizing fun, friends, and sportsmanship.

At Old Orchard Farm, riders of all ages can enjoy a range of opportunities, from quiet hacks around the sprawling farm fields to competition on the Silver Hunter-Jumper Circuit. For those interested in honing their horsemanship skills, the farm offers a working student program to eligible riders, providing a supervised setting to learn stable management and horse care.

As an OE Approved Facility Member, Old Orchard Farm ensures high standards of quality and care in all its programs and services. The farm hosts an annual Schooling Show Series, offering riders the chance to showcase their skills and progress. With a dedicated group of volunteers and sponsors, the farm ensures the success of each show season.

In addition to its regular programs, Old Orchard Farm also hosts various events and clinics throughout the year. From spring lesson registrations to the Labour Day Schooling Show and the annual “Im Riding for Erika Lamb” Equitation Clinic, there are plenty of opportunities for riders to continue learning and growing in their equestrian journey.
