They compete in the Central League and Capital Football Leagues, representing the pinnacle of Wellington's football competitions.

The Development Phase, on the other hand, caters to players at the U17, U15, and U13 levels. Starting in January 2024, players in the Development Phase engage in a year-round training programme similar to the Performance Phase. This comprehensive curriculum ensures consistent training and steady growth and development in their football journey. Development Phase players also have the chance to compete in the U17, U15, and U13 TDP Winter leagues.

The Foundation Phase focuses on nurturing the youngest talents in the academy, including players at the U12, U11, and U10 levels. While players are grouped based on age categories, their specific training intensities and modules are determined by their physical, technical, tactical, and emotional development.
