After completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training course in 2008, she went on to graduate from a 2200-hour Massage Therapy course in 2016 and is registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan. Heather also holds a B. A.
degree in Psychology and is dedicated to continuing her education to best serve her clients.
Om Improvements offers a range of services including therapeutic and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and Thai yoga massage. Private yoga classes are also available for individuals or small groups, designed to cater to each person's specific needs and goals.
