Despite requiring a card for booking confirmation, they only charge in the event of a late cancellation or no show, of which the fee is 10 per person. While dogs are not allowed inside the café, they are more than welcome to accompany their owners in the outdoor seating area.

The yoga studio at Om Is Where The Heart Is has been offering daily classes to the Huddersfield community since 2016. The studio, which opened in 2017 alongside the café, aims to enhance the quality of life through movement and breath. Guided by the mantra “Quality of movement + breath = Quality of life," they provide a variety of yoga and movement classes facilitated by experienced and dedicated teachers.
