One Love Yoga

One Love Yoga, located in Hawthorndene, offers Vinyasa Yoga classes for individuals of all levels of experience. The instructor, Danni, firmly believes that yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of their body type or fitness level. With this philosophy in mind, Danni customises each class to suit the needs and abilities of her clients.

Danni is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for her students. She encourages them to listen to their bodies and provides modifications for poses, allowing individuals to work within their own comfort and capabilities. At One Love Yoga, practitioners are empowered to make their practise their own, ensuring that each person can fully benefit from their yoga journey.

Studio classes are held on Wednesday evenings at 140 Main Rd. Blackwood, inside the Healthy Inspirations Gym. On Saturday mornings, classes take place at Danni's Hawthorndene space. To participate, all individuals need to bring a yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing.

One Love Yoga warmly welcomes both females and males, as well as early teenagers, showing a commitment to inclusivity and diversity.

During COVID restrictions or by request, live-stream classes are available. Upon booking, participants will receive a confirmation email containing the link for the class, ensuring a seamless and convenient virtual yoga experience.
