Our Yoga classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our experienced teacher, Ann Michelle, has over 25 years of experience in various Yoga styles, including Hatha, Iyengar, Astanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. She brings depth and awareness to her teaching, helping students to connect with their bodies on a deeper level and integrate their practise into their daily lives.
In addition to Yoga, we also offer Pilates classes at One Yoga Pilates. Pilates is known for its focus on core stability and functional movement. If you're looking to improve your overall strength, posture, and body awareness, Pilates is a fantastic complement to your Yoga practise.
Our Pilates classes are led by Ann Michelle, who is a Polestar qualified Mat and Reformer instructor. Whether you're a beginner or have previous experience with Pilates, Ann will guide you through exercises that target the core and help you develop strength and stability throughout your body.
At One Yoga Pilates, we are proud to have a team of dedicated and experienced teachers. Ann Michelle, our Yoga, and Pilates teacher and owner, is passionate about helping others find strength, freedom, and flexibility in their bodies. She has trained with renowned teachers in both Yoga and Pilates and brings a deep understanding of anatomy and movement to her classes.
Angela McEntee is our Yoga teacher who completed her 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India. With a focus on Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles, Angela brings a dynamic and uplifting energy to her classes. She also recently completed her 100-hour Yin Yoga teacher training and offers both Yoga Flow and Yin Yoga classes at One Yoga Pilates.
Located at 106 Market Street South in Hastings, Hawke's Bay, our studio is a serene and welcoming space for your Yoga and Pilates practise. We provide all the necessary equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps, so you can simply show up and focus on your practise.
