Enjoy practising from the comfort of your home with Hamsa Yoga & Ayurveda Studio's live stream yoga classes. They offer various passes, including the 6 class pass and 4 class pass, which can be used within a specific time frame. These passes are perfect for those who don't have time to go to a studio but still want to practice regularly from home. Participants will be guided and supported by the experienced yoga therapist, Andi, in a group class.

For a more flexible option, participants can opt for the 6 month yoga pass. With this pass, they will have 10 online sessions of 90-minute yoga that can be used within 6 months. It's a great choice if someone cannot commit to a weekly class but still wants to join a reliable yoga session whenever they find time for it.

Hamsa Yoga & Ayurveda Studio also offers livestream yoga classes where participants can interact with their teacher and fellow yogis. After each class, there is a live Q&A session where they can share their experience and ask personal questions from the experienced teacher. A class pass can be purchased for €16 / £14.

For those with irregular schedules, there are recorded yoga classes available. With a pass for 6 recorded classes, participants will receive a freshly recorded 90-minute yoga and meditation class every Sunday evening. This seasonally tuned yoga sequence can be done as many times as they want for 6 weeks. They can even share it with friends and family for 8 days. The pass is available for €69 / £60. Alternatively, a single recorded class can be purchased for €12 / £11 and used as many times as someone likes for a whole week.

If participants prefer in-person classes, Hamsa Yoga & Ayurveda Studio offers yoga classes for mini-groups at their studio in Drosia, Athens, Greece. These intimate-sized group classes are ideal for learning yoga and relaxing with friends or family members. The class size is kept small, with a maximum of 4 people, so participants can receive personalised attention from the teacher. The 90-minute session includes asana, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation. The cost is €20 per class if paid as you go, or 4 sessions can be bought for €60 to use within one month.

Hamsa Yoga & Ayurveda Studio also provides yoga therapy sessions in their beautiful studio in Drosia, Athens, Greece. These private sessions are tailored to specific needs and focus on improving overall health. The experienced yoga therapist, Andi, will evaluate each individual's condition and design a yoga sequence that suits their body and mind. If there are any injuries or pain, the therapist will assist in overcoming them and provide a written manual with exercises to practice at home. The cost is €60 for a 1.5-hour session.
