Adult Taekwondo (18+) Our adult Taekwondo classes are designed to provide a challenging yet rewarding workout for adults of all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or have previous martial arts experience, our classes will help you improve your physical fitness, flexibility and overall well-being. Our competitive team members have the opportunity to participate in local, national and international competitions, as well as attend special training camps and seminars with elite Taekwondo instructors.
