The Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) is a prominent sports club located in Cambridge, Ontario, dedicated to promoting and developing the sport of hockey. As the largest member of Hockey Canada, the OHF operates alongside Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO) and Hockey Northwestern Ontario (HNO) as the governing bodies for amateur hockey in Ontario. The club offers sledge hockey programs, the Paralympic version of ice hockey, which provides individuals with physical disabilities the opportunity to participate in the exciting game. Sledge hockey teams, comprised of six players on the ice, including the goaltender, compete in games consisting of three 15-minute stop-time periods, aiming to outscore their opponents while displaying exceptional skill and teamwork on the ice.
