Get ready to take your swimming skills to the next level with Swim Smart Coaching Inc.'s Open Water Courses - Level 3! This course is perfect for those who already have some swimming experience under their belt and are eager to improve their efficiency in the water.
Whether you're swimming for fitness or training for a triathlon, this course has got you covered. The Level 3 course includes in-water coaching, video feedback, practice guides, demo videos, and unlimited support between classes. All you need to bring are your goggles and short swimming fins.
Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm and Fridays from 2:00 - 3:00 pm. The curriculum is designed to gradually progress to Level 4 content once the group is ready. Don't miss out on this chance to refine your swimming technique in a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
