Orange Blossom Wellbeing currently has classes at two locations: Wye Road Community Centre on Wednesdays from 11. 15 am to 12. 15 pm, and Priory School in Hanford on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 pm. Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat, water, and hand weights if desired.
Prior approval from a GP is recommended, and any injuries or illnesses should be communicated to the instructor before the class.
