Yes. Open gym sessions run throughout the week during off-peak times, with no classes on those sessions so members can use equipment for their own workouts.
You can book a taster session. You will join in with the class at your own level, with a coach there to guide you through the movements.
No. Members are welcomed at any fitness level, from complete beginners through to athletes.
The gym welcomes teenagers aged 16 and above as members. Children aged 11 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Yes. Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available. There are no lockers, and bags, coats and phones are allowed in with you.
No. There are no hidden joining fees.
If you choose a monthly membership, you can cancel or freeze it at any time.
