Otahuhu Softball Club

Welcome to thuhu Softball Club, the official home of softball in Auckland. Established in 1961, our club prides itself on being a multicultural, family-oriented club that welcomes players of all ages and abilities. We are located at Sturges Park, Fort Richard Road, in the heart of Otahuhu.

Our club has gained recognition within the softball arena, with a significant number of junior and senior players, as well as coaches, representing the Otahuhu Club at regional, national, and international levels. We are proud of our achievements and strive to uphold a high standard of sportsmanship both on and off the field.

At thuhu Softball Club, we are actively involved with the local community and aim to encourage an active and competitive lifestyle for our members. We believe in fostering a sense of camaraderie and promoting healthy competition. Our club is not only about playing softball but also about building lasting relationships with fellow players and supporters.

Registration is an important part of joining our club, and due to the lockdowns in Auckland this year, the start of the season has been pushed out. Our junior and senior grades will now be starting competition on Saturday 30 October 2021. If you are interested in registering to play in any grade, please visit our website and complete the online registration process. Please note that you will need to submit a current passport-style photo of each registrant to complete the registration.

Your prompt registration will assist our committee in planning and team allocations.
