Ottawa Nordic Walks offers Nordic walking lessons for people who want a simple, fun way to improve their regular physical activity routine. Led by Susan Yungblut, a newly retired physiotherapist and Master Urban Poling instructor, the program focuses on proper technique and confidence using poles. Classes run as one-hour private, semi-private, and small group lessons in Ottawa, with sessions based at the Brewer Park entrance near Seneca St and Cameron Ave.
