The gym offers a variety of programmes, including Cheerleading and Dance. All-Star Cheer is a hybrid sport that combines elements of gymnastics, acrobatics, and athletic dance. All-Star teams at Oxygen Allstars typically consist of 10–36 athletes with a variety of skills and abilities, much like a representative Netball or Football team. Dance classes at Oxygen Allstars focus on training the fundamentals of dance, fostering friendship, teamwork, physical exercise, and leadership.
