Heart of Portsmouth Boxing Academy is excited to announce an upcoming Pad Work course! This one-day course, offered by Boxing Awards Ltd, is the perfect opportunity for Boxing Coaches, Boxing Tutors, Community workers, School teachers, and Personal Trainers to enhance their skills.
Led by the experienced Boxing Coach, Quinton Shillingford MBE, this comprehensive course covers all aspects of Pad Work. Participants can expect to gain a thorough understanding of the techniques involved, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to train their athletes effectively.
The Pad Work course will take place on Sunday, 12th May 2024 at our state-of-the-art facility located on Omega Street in Portsmouth. Not only will participants receive top-notch instruction, but they will also be provided with one set of Hurricane Pads upon completion of the course.
