Paddleboarding Adventure offers a unique and enjoyable way to spend time on the water. Participants will glide across peaceful waters while engaging their core and getting a full-body workout. The popularity of Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is soaring, thanks to its ease of mastering and the fun it brings to outdoor exercise.

During the session, players will stand on a surfboard-like board and use a paddle to balance and propel themselves along the water. Whether you're a seasoned watersport enthusiast or a beginner looking for new experiences, SUP is the perfect activity for you. It is also an excellent choice for individuals seeking a low-impact workout to recover from joint injuries.

If you're up for an added challenge, why not try SUP yoga or SUP Pilates? These activities provide an extra level of intensity while still enjoying the tranquility of the water.

Paddleboarding Adventure operates all year round, ensuring that you can enjoy this thrilling experience regardless of the season. However, please note that from October to April, it is mandatory to wear wet suits and water shoes. Don't forget to bring a towel or robe for when your session comes to an end!

While activities are non-refundable, Love2Stay Adventure Centre offers credit vouchers or the option to reschedule to another date or activity. So you can book your spot with confidence, knowing that flexibility is available.
