Pad-Fit – Fitness Kickboxing Class is a well-known kickboxing school based in Nottingham. The classes offered are designed to provide a great workout while incorporating punching and kicking techniques from kickboxing and other martial arts. However, the main focus is on fitness rather than fighting.
