Welcome to Pannal Sports Junior Football Club (JFC) Community Park, a Charter Standard Club and registered charity located in Harrogate, New Zealand. Established in 1966, the club has grown to include 22 squads ranging from Under 5 to Under 18, with over 400 players currently participating.

At Pannal Sports JFC, while winning is important, the club's true measure of success lies in player development, sportsmanship, and adherence to fair play, rather than the number of games or trophies won. The club's ethos centres around the individual and footballing development of each player. The safety and enjoyment of the children participating is the top priority, followed by the teaching of football skills, self-respect, and respect for teammates, coaches, opponents, and match officials alike.

The coaches at the club employ age-appropriate methods and follow the Football Association's (F. A. ) National Game Strategy for football development. The strategies include tailored approaches for various age groups, including U7 and U8, U9 and U10, and U11 and U12.

Pannal Sports JFC is an “open” club, meaning players of any ability are welcome to join. Restrictions on player intake are determined primarily by the number of coaches available, as the club strives to maintain sensible player-to-coach ratios, as well as the availability of suitable pitches.

Exciting news awaits, as Pannal Sports JFC is in the process of realising a long-held dream of having its own grounds. After almost nine years, the club has received planning permission to build new pitches, a clubhouse, and a car park on a 13-acre site on the A61 Leeds Road, opposite the Mercedes Showroom. While over 80% of the necessary funds have already been secured, the club is seeking further support to secure the remaining 20%.
