parkruns are 5k events that take place in public areas of open space. We welcome walkers, joggers, runners and volunteers of all ages and abilities.
Registration is free at www.parkrun.com.au - simply sign up, print your barcode and take it along to any parkrun anywhere in the world whenever you want to take part.The mainstay of parkrun events is that they are simple and offer no barriers to taking part. Our parkrunners can run, jog or walk, can bring their dog on a lead or push their children in a pram and can be 4 years old or 104.
