Parrs Wood Badminton Club, located at Parrs Wood in Didsbury, Manchester, welcomes all badminton enthusiasts. With a strong presence in the Stockport badminton league, the club consistently performs well in league matches and tournaments.
Michael Greatorex, the club chairman, and Claire Higgs, the club secretary, invite prospective visitors to attend sessions. However, guests must be pre-invited. This policy helps maintain a competitive and serious atmosphere. It is requested that visitors have prior experience playing badminton at a competitive league standard. The visitor fee is £5 per session.
Club nights occur every Tuesday from 8 pm to 10 pm throughout the year, except during the summer, at the Parrs Wood Sports Centre on Wilmslow Road in East Didsbury, Manchester.
