Passion For Pilates Inc is a Pilates studio located in Woodbridge, dedicated to providing high-quality private and semi-private sessions. Our studio offers a range of equipment including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels and small equipment to ensure a thorough workout. We use top-of-the-line equipment from STOTT PILATES, a method that focuses on spinal rehabilitation and muscle rebalancing.

All sessions at Passion For Pilates are personalized to meet the individual needs and goals of each client. Whether you're a beginner or experienced Pilates enthusiast, our instructors will guide you through a series of exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. We also offer Registered Massage Therapy services to help alleviate soft tissue discomfort and chronic pain conditions.

Our studio policy is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients. We recommend starting with a Private session to introduce you to the STOTT PILATES method and the 5 Basic Principles. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water for your session. No outside shoes are allowed in the studio to maintain cleanliness and safety.
