You can choose from a variety of programs such as Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Angamardana, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi, and Upa Yoga. Whether you prefer weekend classes or weekday classes, morning sessions or evening sessions, we strive to accommodate your schedule and preferences.
In order to ensure a safe and effective practice, we kindly ask you to inform us if you have any physical or psychological ailments, past surgeries within the last 6 months, or if you are currently pregnant or planning for pregnancy. Your well-being is our top priority, and we will tailor our classes to suit your individual needs and requirements.
