PCSBD Tang Soo Do

PCSBD Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial arts school located in Bedford, New Zealand. The school is dedicated to teaching Tang Soo Do, a martial art that focuses on self-defence techniques. It offers classes for children aged 6 and above as well as adults of all ages.

The founder and head instructor of PCSBD Tang Soo Do is Master Sean Ogden. He started practising martial arts at the age of 13 and earned his black belt 1st Dan at the age of 16. With more than 30 years of experience in martial arts, he is now a 4th Dan Master. Master Ogden is a fully certified British Martial Arts & Boxing Association Instructor and has also completed courses in martial arts-specific first aid and safeguarding both children and adults.

Additionally, he is DBS certified, ensuring a safe learning environment for all students.

The classes at PCSBD Tang Soo Do provide a total body workout that offers numerous benefits. Students can expect increased mobility, strength, power, flexibility, stability, coordination, cardiovascular health, mental concentration, reflexes, self-confidence, weight loss, and stress relief.

You can find PCSBD Tang Soo Do at two locations in Bedford. The Monday classes are held at Goldington Reading and Recreation Rooms, 1 Barkers Lane, Bedford MK41 9RZ. The class runs from 7:15PM to 8:45PM. The Thursday classes take place at Clapham Methodist Church, 27 High Street, Clapham, Bedford MK41 6EQ.

The class time is from 7:00PM to 9:00PM.
