PCYC Armidale

PCYC Armidale, located in Armidale, New South Wales, is a charitable organisation dedicated to empowering young people in partnership with the Police and the community. The club is housed in a historic building that dates back to the 1940s, making it one of the oldest PCYC buildings in the area.

As a multi-functional sporting and activities centre, PCYC Armidale is used by members of all ages and backgrounds. With over 100 refugee members, it is one of the most diverse PCYC clubs in NSW. The club boasts a range of facilities and features, including various gym equipment, a competitive boxing room, and one of the brightest buildings in Armidale.

One of the highlights of PCYC Armidale is The Nanyapura Boxing Programme, which aims to encourage kids to stay active in the mornings. The club also offers a range of activities and programmes, including boxing, fitness classes, court sports competitions, recreational martial arts, creative arts, driving programmes, and youth programmes. Whether you're interested in getting fit, learning self-defence, or unleashing your creativity, PCYC Armidale has something for everyone.

Additionally, PCYC Armidale is part of the PCYC Gymnastics Coaching programme, which is the largest provider of gymnastics in NSW. The club is always on the lookout for passionate coaches who are interested in making a positive impact in the lives of young people. Whether you have previous coaching experience or are interested in starting a coaching career, PCYC Armidale will support you in gaining the necessary qualifications and guide you through your journey as a gymnastics coach.

Located at 176 Rusden Street, Armidale, NSW 2350, PCYC Armidale operates from Monday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm, on Fridays from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. For Out Of School Hours (OOSH) Care at Ben Venue, a separate contact number and email address are provided.
