At Peacethruyoga, they offer a variety of weekly Yoga Classes, Workshops, Extended Practices, and Retreats both in the UK and around the world. The classes cater to all levels and abilities, with styles like Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga Flow, Yang to Yin, Yin and Restorative, Pregnancy Yoga, and Mummy and Baby Yoga.
Special workshops are also hosted, providing unique yoga experiences. For example, on 17th September, there's a workshop titled “Yin To The Sounds Of Gongs And Crystals.” This 2-hour session of Yin Yoga will be accompanied by the healing sounds of gongs from Kanti of Divine Harmony. It's aimed at working deep into the connective tissue, massaging the myofascia, creating space, and mobilising the joints. It helps balance and harmonise the internal channels of energy. A real treat! The cost is £30 per person.
Looking for a retreat? Since 2014, Helena has been organising retreats in beautiful locations like Ibiza, Portugal, Bali, France, Morocco, and right here in the UK. These retreats are perfect for nurturing yourself, having fun, relaxing, and deepening your yoga practice. Rosanna, the instructor, has over 8 years of teaching experience and 17 years of practise. She provides detailed instructions to help you feel great and take your practice to the next level.
