Welcome to Peak for Life, your local personal training and group fitness hub in Sunnyhills, Auckland! 😊 Owned by Natasha, this studio is all about building a community where we support each other to reach our fitness goals. Natasha, a Howick local and mum of two teenage boys, turned her passion for fitness into a career nearly two years ago, and she’s loving every moment of it.
At Peak for Life, the focus is on creating a welcoming atmosphere with professional guidance from experienced trainers. No matter if you’re just starting your fitness journey or you're a seasoned pro, the team is here to help. Just get in touch, and they'll get you moving in the right direction.
Jolene, an enthusiastic team member, studied in South Africa before moving to New Zealand in 2016 with her family. Her experience as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, combined with her lifelong love for sports, makes her a great motivator at Peak for Life.
Sarah, who grew up in Sunnyhills, brings her organisational skills from her decade as a long-haul flight attendant to the studio’s accounts and admin. Now raising her three kids in the area, she’s thrilled to be back and part of this vibrant community.
