Welcome to Perch Gym, the perfectly formed gym located directly on Lancing beach, offering breathtaking views of the sea. This friendly and welcoming space is equipped with top-notch fitness equipment and staffed with great people who are passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals.

When you join Perch Gym, you gain complete access to the facility from 5:30am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and from 7am to 10pm on weekends. The gym offers exclusive membership perks with no long contracts, making it a convenient and flexible choice for your fitness journey. Plus, you won't have to worry about any joining fees or administrative charges.

Please note that due to overwhelming demand, new memberships are currently unavailable as the gym has reached its maximum capacity. We apologise for any inconvenience and encourage you to check back later for updates.

For our current gym members, we have recently replaced our pin code entry system with a door reader connected to our user-friendly Perch Gym app.

1. Download the Perch Gym app.

2. Click on the “Get My Login” button within the app.

3. Enter the email address associated with your gym membership account.

4. Check your email inbox for a message from Perch Gym and follow the link provided to set your password.

5. Once your password is set, log in to the app.

6. Voila! You can now access the gym using the “Check In” feature on the app.
