The founder, who was born and raised in Ottawa, boasts over 30 years of experience working, teaching, and training clients of all ages in the city. They have a passion for an active fitness lifestyle, including running, hiking, and golf.

The studio offers a range of services, including Pilates, Gyrotonic, and Gyrokinesis training. The founder completed the Ron Fletcher Program of Study, Levels 1 and 2, at Bodyworks Studio in Tucson, Arizona, under the direction of Master Teacher Ron Fletcher and Kyria Sabin. They furthered their education by completing the Gyrokinesis teacher training program in New York City and Miami, Florida, and the Gyrotonic Level One training in various locations.

Personal Pilates Ottawa Inc. is equipped with two towers, including one original tower made by Juliu Horvath. The founder also completed Gyrotonic for Golf training and specialized Level Two courses. With certifications in various fitness disciplines, including personal training, group fitness, and pre- and post-natal fitness, the founder is well-equipped to provide safe and effective programs for participants of all levels.
