Coming together through their shared love for Physie, they have formed a strong bond and have experienced personal growth and improved well-being through fitness and laughter. Inspired by their own transformation, they decided to establish their own club to share the joy and empowerment of Physie with the West coast community.
Physie, also known as Physical Culture, is a unique sport designed to increase strength, fitness, flexibility, and confidence. With an innovative choreography that changes annually, Physie incorporates various dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobic dance, and even yoga. It is accompanied by fun and upbeat pop music, creating an enjoyable and dynamic atmosphere.
